I am a counselor and educator offering a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you resolve troublesome issues and live your life with more energy and meaning. Fundamental to my work is to introduce people to the wisdom of the physical body, through hands-on bodywork and practices such as meditation, imagery, and other mindbody skills. In learning to experience being body, we can immediately lower the physiological effects of stress. More than that, we gain access to the wisdom of the unconscious mind and ultimately to the nature of mind itself.
